ZR4

ZR4 is the fourth-generation ultra-high-definition 4K network intelligent medical video system built by ZSTEK based on the 'M' platform. It adopts a customized high-performance video image processor and can process and display 4KP60 (3840*2160 @60fps) in real time with ultra-low latency Video image; the system also supports network remote applications and integrates the Ai intelligent image processing engine for the first time, providing platform support for intelligent diagnosis and treatment. Based on the ZR4 system, users can form a full range of product portfolios ranging from 1080@60fps, 2K@60fps to 4K@60fps, from monocular ordinary recording systems to binocular 3D and color fluorescent molecular imaging systems.

The ZR4 system can support up to 4K (3840*2160) real-time video and is compatible with 2K and 1080P. Three-dimensional color reproduction technology, base color correction and skin tone processing, can make the color performance closer to reality. With the increase of saturation, the color tone is more in line with the human eye's perception of color. Brightness and color sharpening, enhancing the edge details of the picture, with adaptive noise reduction and intelligent pixel compensation, improving the overall clarity of the picture.

Color reproduction: rec.2020 wide color gamut

The ZR4 4K UHD camera system supports the rec.2020 color gamut standard. Compared with the rec.709 color gamut range supported by the 1080P FHD system, the performance in the CIE 1931 color gamut space is: rec.2020 can cover 75.8% of the color gamut range. And BT.709 can only cover 35.9% of the color gamut. It can be seen that the color gamut coverage of the ZR4 4K UHD system is more than twice that of the traditional 1080P FHD system. Therefore, the video image of the ZR4 4K UHD system has richer color expression and more accurate color reproduction, with color difference ΔC00<3.

Shading correction Adopt a new generation of image quality engine, with brightness and color sharpening, enhance the details of the edge of the picture, with adaptive noise reduction and intelligent pixel compensation, improve the overall clarity of the picture.

Image enhancement ZR4 uses filtering algorithms such as Gabor to extract the characteristics of blood vessels in medical images based on the simple cell response characteristics of the visual cortex of vertebrate brains and enhance the blood vessels to make the blood vessels clearly visible during the operation.

Strong light suppression in the image, the video information of the strong light part is processed by DSP, and the signal brightness of the video is adjusted to the normal range to avoid too much front and back contrast in the same image.
