ZR4 machine front panel productization solution

The ZR4 camera system supports a variety of panel operation methods, mainly including an operation panel with an LCD screen and a physical button operation panel.

LCD screen operation panel solution

The ZR4 system has a built-in high-definition LCD screen driver, with dual 8-bit LVDS interfaces, and can support up to 1920*1080P60 frame LCD screen; ZR4 can be directly connected to a large-size high-definition digital LCD screen to realize a portable camera with a display screen. Connect the ES control module through the LVDS interface to realize simultaneous or separate display of touch and image display. ES series module is an independent video signal control conversion module developed by ZSTEK. It is compatible with more screen physical interfaces, can expand touch button operation, and superimpose touch on the display video.

Physical button operation panel solution

The ZR4 system can be connected to the KB1 module through the FPC cable;

KB1 supports 16 physical buttons. The buttons use 12x12x4.3 long-life (100,000 times) touch switches. The usage is as follows:
